If you have any issues with your order, please contact me.  
Certain products are handmade and packaged. Please allow 2-3 days for products to be made plus 7-10 business days for your items to ship. 

Missing Packages:

1. Contact your local Post Office or the specified Shipping provider for information on your package. 

2. File a claim with your Postal Service or the specified Shipping provider. 

A Girl In A Museum World is not responsible for missing packages.
